We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our verification endpoints throughout Asia. Our KYC services now extend to a broader range of countries, including Singapore, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, India, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia. These additions enable you to effortlessly verify customer identifiers such as passports, driver’s licenses, government IDs, and telecom data, bolstering your business’s security and compliance across the continent.

What’s New On Identitypass’ Dashboard?
We’ve launched our Advanced Business Search endpoints for various Asian countries, including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, India, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia. This feature allows you to confirm businesses’ authenticity, ensuring their registration information is accurate and legitimate. It’s a significant step towards maintaining the reliability and trustworthiness of your platform by preventing the inclusion of incorrect or fraudulent business data.
To use this feature, simply log into your dashboard, navigate to the business verification tab, enter the business name and country code.
Introducing Basic Business Search Endpoint for Asian Markets:
Our Basic Business Search endpoint now includes additional Asian countries, enhancing your ability to verify the authenticity of businesses and validate that a company’s basic information is accurate and legitimate.
To access this endpoint, log into your dashboard, navigate to the business verification tab, and input the business name and country code.
Bank Account Match Now Available for United Kingdom Customers
Exciting news for our fintech and lending sector customers with operations in the UK! We’ve introduced our Bank Account Match endpoint, enabling match verification against a customer’s provided account information in the United Kingdom. This service provides immediate feedback on whether the submitted details match the records, streamlining your verification process.
To utilize this service, log into your dashboard and enter the required customer information.
Our Global Phone Status Verification endpoint makes going global simpler. Verify the status of any phone number, including country code, zip, and whether the line has been blocked, as well as the service provider and phone type, in just seconds.
To access this endpoint, log into your dashboard, navigate to data verification, select individual, and enter a valid phone number to be checked.

Introducing Our Latest Background Check Services for Africa with Automated Reporting
We’re excited to announce that our comprehensive background checks now cover various African countries, complete with automated reporting for a seamless experience. Here’s what’s new under Identity Check:
- Alien ID Verification for Kenya

- Package Deletion: Easily delete any unused packages with our new delete function.

- QR Code: Generate a QR code for any form, allowing users to scan and access it directly from their smartphones.
- SMS: Send forms via text, providing a link for recipients to open and fill out the form easily.
- WhatsApp: Share forms through WhatsApp messages, where clicking the provided link takes the recipient straight to the form.
Enabling Multiple Submissions for Forms
We now support the ability for respondents to submit a form multiple times. This feature is particularly useful for repeated data collection efforts or surveys, offering greater flexibility for you and your respondents.
Real-time Notifications And Automated Responses for Respondents
