What’s new in Prembly Identitypass for May 2024? Welcome to another edition of our product update! We launched several new endpoints in May, secured significant partnerships, and enhanced our existing features. Join us as we explore these exciting developments.
New Endpoints On Identitypass:
In May, we introduced our highly anticipated PSV license verification endpoint for Kenya. This feature allows you to accurately verify professional taxi drivers or private vehicle drivers using their Public Service Vehicle (PSV) badge.
National ID Verification for Côte d’Ivoire
With our newly released Ivory Coast endpoint, businesses can instantly verify individuals’ identities in the region using their national IDs. Log in to your dashboard and conduct quick checks using your Côte d’Ivoire users’ national ID.
In addition to our National ID verification endpoint for Côte d’Ivoire, we have also launched a company search endpoint. This feature allows you to quickly conduct company searches on any business operating in Côte d’Ivoire directly from your dashboard.
Major Updates On Your Dashboard:
Multiple Language Options on Identitypass
To optimize user experience, we have integrated a “Select Language” option into our dashboard. This feature caters to customers from different regions, allowing users to choose their preferred language interface.
We have also introduced a search bar feature on our dashboard. This makes it easier for you to navigate by simply typing in keywords for the section you want to visit. We are excited about this addition as it simplifies your navigation on Identitypass.
Coming Soon: Verify Further Button
In a few weeks, we will release a “Verify Further” button for some endpoints. This feature will allow you to delve deeper into your verification checks, providing more insights as responses to your KYC checks. Keep an eye out for this on your dashboard.
Background Checks: Criminal History/Education/Employment Checks
We’ve made it easier for businesses to conduct criminal record, education, and employment checks directly from our unified dashboard. With these checks, you can easily determine if a customer or candidate has a past criminal record or legal offense in their country of residence, spot fake information to ensure you’re onboarding the right individuals to your company, and conduct in-depth inquiry into an individual’s work history, ensuring you can confidently engage in business interactions. This service covers over 30 countries, including Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Uganda, South Sudan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Benin, UAE, Belgium, and more.

- Log into your Prembly dashboard.
- Navigate to BGC by Prembly.
- Go to Packages.
- Click on Create Package.
- Add a check by selecting the country.
- Choose any of the checks.
