On New Data Verification Endpoints
We are thrilled to introduce our new Resident Card verification service for Côte d’Ivoire. This endpoint allows you to verify users or customers in the Ivory Coast region using their resident IDs. Access accurate information, such as first and last name, gender, date of birth, parent’s details, residence address, and nationality.
We recently released our Insurance Policy Verification endpoint for Nigerian identities. This endpoint allows you to easily confirm policy validity and policyholder information. In addition, you can easily access data about coverage details, premium payments, claims history, policy limits, and beneficiaries by simply entering the policy number.
Major Dashboard Features:
We’ve just launched our new “Verify Further” button on the Identitypass dashboard! This feature prompts you to utilize additional endpoints, such as phone numbers obtained from initial verification results, to conduct further searches. It enables you to delve deeper into your verification checks, providing more insights and a more comprehensive verification process for your business needs.
To streamline the verification process and enhance user experience, we’ve added a Retry button to the dashboard. This feature allows you to quickly retry verifications that failed, reducing time and friction in your verification checks.
On Significant Developments:
We’ve upgraded our Kenyan national passport verification endpoint to include more comprehensive results, such as transaction ID, date of issue, and expiry date. These improvements make your KYC checks more robust and provide wider data coverage when verifying Kenyan customers using their national passports.
We’ve upgraded our analytics system using AI, allowing you to access clear, personalized feedback and reports on your usage patterns in just seconds. This feature provides information on pricing, endpoint usage, and more.
